The Lakeside Volunteer Rescue Squad has provided FREE emergency medical service 24 hours a day in our community since 1958. In Lakeside, our rescue squad continues to grow and our mission has not changed. We are here for only one reason, to help our fellow man. We continue to provide the same medical service we always have as volunteers.
We have been fortunate over the years to have such support from our community. You have all given generously. It is that time of year again, we send out our Annual Fund Drive, and you respond. It is your funds that save our patients the fear of a bill when they call 911. Your donations keep us skilled through training and give us the top of the line life saving equipment to do our job.
Your donations count. We need your help. This year, in the wake of tragedy, and with the outpouring of donations to other fundraisers, I know you will find it in your heart to give at home as well.
